The cost for our professional fee will depend on the seniority of the solicitor or fixed fee basis.

The Costs below relates to unpaid invoice that is not disputed without the need for an enforcement action. If, in case the other party disputes the claim at any time. Further work would be carried out and we will advise you about the revised costs on fixed fee basis or hourly rate if more work is required.

Please Note
- VAT CAN NOT be reclaimed from your Debtor
- A raise in the debt due to interest and compensation may push the debt into a higher bracket resulting in an increased fee.
- The costs above are exclusive of matters where an enforcement action is required for debt collection.
Our fee includes:
- Taking your instruction and advising on the merit of success
- Vetting documents
- Legal research
- Drafting a letter before claim
- Issuing claim if payment not received
- Applying default judgement if no defence or acknowledgement of service not filed
- Chasing payment after default judgment
- Further advice if payment not received within 21 days.
However, we cannot predict the exact time scale, but it may take up to 08 weeks from receipt of your instructions and receiving payment from the other side usually defendant, depending on whether or not we had to initiate claim in the court. Also, it depends on how quickly the other side makes payment on receipt of default judgement. Matters can delay further, if enforcement action is required.
